City of Winnipeg's 311 Citizen Inquiry Service.

 

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Centre will operate Winnipegís new citizen inquiry service, designed to provide citizens with the opportunity to ask questions about, or to request any non-emergency city service at their convenience. Customer Service Representatives will be available day or night to answer inquiries from the public, in both official languages.
